I know, I am a bit late for my New Year's resolution as it is nearly February.
This year I would like to lose some weight. About 5 years ago I was approximately 25 kg lighter than I am now.
I gained weight because ...
- I ate a lot of unhealthy stuff, such as chocolate and tons of junk food
- I stopped doing sports
- I seem to be always stressed
- I lost my daily rythm
Now I would like to change this all.
I will document my meals - not counting calories. I will write down what I eat and drink (I have to mention that I do not drink enough water every day).
I will do more sports and get fit again.
I will be more organised so I can (try) to avoid stressful situations.
I would like it to be a permanent weight loss. I want to do it slowly but effectively.
What do you think about these changes?
